Before renovating, refurbishing, extending or building on an existing asset —a building, a road, a facility— you need to know its real state with precision. That information often does not exist, is outdated, or is scattered across old drawings, photos and partial measurements that no longer reflect reality.
Working like this is expensive: inaccurate starting BIM models, third-party projects that cannot be positioned relative to one another, clashes detected too late and cost overruns on site. The consequence is always the same: decisions made on an unreliable base.

High-precision reality capture
We digitise buildings, road infrastructure and facilities with 3D laser scanning, topographic Mobile Mapping, point clouds, 360º imagery and, where needed, drone and LiDAR flights for shadow areas, embankments or vegetation cover.
A BIM reference model
Not an end in itself, but a solid base: light, georeferenced, geometrically correct, coded and classified. Geograma generates the reliable digital base on which other professionals add their technical knowledge.

What accuracy do you achieve?
Centimetre accuracy on massive infrastructure capture with topographic Mobile Mapping, and millimetre accuracy with a static 3D scanner for parts, structures and facilities.
How is your BIM model different from a standard scan-to-BIM?
It is born georeferenced and in its GIS context. That turns the model into a common reference scenario on which to insert third-party BIM projects, check their georeferencing and detect clashes.
What technology and formats do you work with?
Capture with Leica technology (Pegasus TRK, terrestrial scanning, drone and LiDAR) and delivery in point clouds, CAD and light, georeferenced, coded and classified BIM models. Standard formats such as IFC or specific ones such as RVT, NWD, STEP, IGES.
Can you model both buildings and road infrastructure?

What happens to the model when the infrastructure changes?
The model is a living file: it starts as a design base, supports coordination in construction and stays useful as it is updated. Each intervention is inserted so it keeps representing the real state. A model that is not updated ends up obsolete.
